 Sardar Muhammad Arshad Khan Laghari

Honourable Minister of State for Industries and Production, Sardar Muhammad Arshad Khan Leghari, was born on 4″‘ March 1960 in the Village of Rahimabad, District Rahim Yar Khan.

Sardar Muhammad Arshad Khan Leghari received early education from the esteemed institution of Sadiq Public School, Bahawalpur. Although he was involved in public life from quite a young age, Sadiq Public School, Bahawalpur played a major role in instilling the qualities that are required of a public office holder. Following his passion for education and learning, Sardar Muhammad Arshad Khan Leghari pursued Intermediate from National College, Karachi and finally graduated from University of the Punjab, Lahore.

Sardar Muhammad Arshad Khan Leghari youthly entered political life when he contested the General Election, 2008 as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (N) against the seat of Member National Assembly (NA-197).

Sardar Muhammad Arshad Khan Leghari has held a number of important positions associated with the affairs of the Government including Member, Parliamentary Committee on Judges Appointment (PCJA), Chairman, NA Standing Committee on Water and Power, Member Standing Committee on Petroleum and Natural Resources and Member National Assembly Standing Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges.
