He is presently serving as Joint Secretary (IID), Ministry of Industries and Production. He also holds directorship of:-
- Heavy Electrical Complex
- Sindh Engineering
- Pakistan Tobacco Board
He held the position of Director Multan (BPS-20), Military Lands and Cantonments (ML& C) besides remaining posted on various Administrative sections of ML& C for more than 28 years. He has attended local and international professional training courses, workshops, seminars and conferences.
